What does PFAS-free mean here?
The manufacturer states the ceramic nonstick coating is PFAS-free. That's the only claim we make about it.
What size is it?
8 inches (about 20 cm) across: right for two eggs, an omelet, a crêpe or a small batch of smashed potatoes.
Which stovetops does it work on?
Gas, induction, glass and halogen.
How do I care for it?
Let it cool, then hand wash it with warm soapy water and a soft sponge. Cook on low to medium heat and use wooden or silicone utensils so the coating lasts.
Can it go in the oven?
We don't recommend it. It's made for the stovetop.
