- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Method
- Cook the strawberries in a small pot over medium heat for 5 to 8 minutes, until soft and juicy.
- Mash with a fork to the texture you like.
- Stir in the honey and lemon juice, then take off the heat.
- Stir in the chia seeds and rest 15 minutes to thicken. Spoon into a clean jar.
