- 1/2 cup walnuts, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
Method
- Mash the dates into a paste with a fork, or pulse them in a food processor.
- Mix in the walnuts, cocoa and salt.
- Roll into 12 balls, then roll each one in coconut.
- Chill 30 minutes to firm up.
